We do not accept engagements for personal or small individual clearance requests. We advise industrial, commercial, and residential projects in Haryana, including factories, commercial buildings, layouts, and regulated residential developments. We do not handle personal or small individual clearance requests.

Scope of services

Acreage Approval Corp provides advisory and facilitation services for statutory clearances, approvals, and renewals within Haryana only. We assist with documentation, department liaison, and process guidance. Final approvals are issued solely by the relevant government authorities.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate project information, timely documents, and lawful cooperation. Delays caused by incomplete submissions, site non-compliance, or third-party actions are outside our control and may affect timelines and outcomes.

Fees and payments

Professional fees, government charges, and third-party costs are communicated before engagement. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, government fees and statutory charges are payable by the client directly or through us as instructed.

No guarantee of outcomes

While we apply professional diligence to every filing, we cannot guarantee approval timelines or outcomes. Regulatory decisions rest with competent authorities and depend on project eligibility, inspections, and applicable law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Acreage Approval Corp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual property

Website content, branding, and materials prepared by us remain our property unless otherwise agreed. You may not reproduce or distribute our materials without prior written consent.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Haryana, India.
